My research interests relate to the image and perceptions of nursing, with my recent work focusing on young peoples perceptions of nursing as a career and the image of nursing in general. This also relates to my current interest in the 'recruitment and retention' aspect of nursing and young peoples' decision making voice.

My previous research has related to the development of leadership and management roles within nursing and the impact of this on decision making processes relating to health care services.

Other research interest areas include nursing mentorship,年轻人对“声音”的感知, 避孕与性健康.
